Odie Lindsey is the author of the novel Some Go Home and the story collection We Come to Our Senses, both from W. W. Norton. He has received an NEA fellowship for military veterans, a Tennessee Arts Commission fellowship in Literature, the Mississippi Institute of Arts and Letters prize in Fiction (for Some Go Home), and the McGinnis-Ritchie Award for Nonfiction (Southwest Review). Lindsey’s stories have appeared in Best American Short Stories, Iowa Review, Guernica, Fourteen Hills, Electric Literature’s Recommended Reading and elsewhere. He is Writer-in-Residence at Vanderbilt University’s Department of Medicine, Health, and Society.
